BACK PAIN
Back pain can result from a variety of causes, including muscle strain, poor posture, herniated discs, arthritis, or even underlying medical conditions. It can be acute (short-term) or chronic (long-term).
CARPAL TUNNEL SYNDROME
Carpal tunnel syndrome (CTS) is a condition caused by compression of the median nerve as it passes through the carpal tunnel in the wrist. This tunnel is a narrow passageway on the palm side of the wrist, and when it narrows or swells, it can put pressure on the median nerve, leading to symptoms.
TRIGGER FINGER
Trigger finger, also known as stenosing tenosynovitis, is a condition where one of your fingers or thumb gets stuck in a bent position and may snap or lock when you try to straighten it. This happens when the tendon that controls the movement of the finger becomes inflamed or swollen and cannot glide smoothly through its surrounding sheath. The sheath is a protective covering that surrounds the tendon.
TENNIS ELBOW
Tennis elbow, also known as lateral epicondylitis, is a condition caused by inflammation or microtears in the tendons on the outer part of the elbow, where the forearm muscles attach to the bone. It often results from repetitive overuse of the forearm muscles and tendons, particularly through activities that involve gripping, lifting, or wrist extension, such as tennis, hence the name.
FOOT PLANTAR FASCIITIS
Plantar fasciitis is a common condition that causes pain in the bottom of the heel. It occurs when the plantar fascia, a thick band of tissue that runs across the bottom of your foot and connects your heel bone to your toes, becomes inflamed or irritated.
ANKLE SPRAINS
Ankle sprains are common injuries that occur when the ligaments supporting the ankle are stretched or torn. They usually happen during activities that involve sudden twisting, turning, or rolling of the ankle.
NECK PAIN
Neck pain can result from a variety of causes, ranging from poor posture and muscle strain to more serious conditions like herniated discs or arthritis.
WRIST GANGLION
A wrist ganglion, also known as a ganglion cyst, is a non-cancerous lump or swelling that commonly develops along the tendons or joints of the wrist or hand. These cysts are filled with a jelly-like fluid and can vary in size. They may appear suddenly or gradually and can sometimes shrink or disappear on their own.
DE QUERVAIN'S TENOSYNOVITIS
De Quervain's tenosynovitis is a painful condition that affects the tendons on the thumb side of your wrist. It occurs when the two tendons around the base of your thumb (the abductor pollicis longus and extensor pollicis brevis) become inflamed or irritated. This leads to pain, swelling, and difficulty moving the thumb and wrist, especially when grasping or pinching objects.
PATELLO-FEMORAL SYNDROME
Patellofemoral Syndrome (PFS), also known as "runner's knee," is a condition characterized by pain in the front of the knee, around the patella (kneecap). It is commonly seen in athletes, especially runners, but can affect anyone who engages in activities that put repeated stress on the knee joint.
